- Avoid a heavy meal and fatty foods 1 hour before treatment.
- Avoid caffeine 2 hours before treatment.
- Avoid any alcohol 24 hours before treatment.
- Drink plenty of water to ensure your body is hydrated.
- Avoid any other body treatments in the area 2 weeks before and after the treatment.
- Please inform your technician if you have had any other treatments in this area in the last 3 months.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure (sun burn) on the area 2 weeks before treatment.
- Remove any piercings before arrival.
Post care – ultra million body skulpting for fusion, cavitation and body contour treatments.
- It is normal for the area to feel slightly warm immediately after the procedure. The treated area may be flushed, red and feel tingly.
- Do not wax the treated area for 3-5 days.
- Do not exfoliate the skin for 2-3 days.
- Avoid hot baths, steam rooms and vigorous massage for 24 hrs after treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure.
- Follow a healthy lifestyle plan and avoid a heavy meal after treatment.
- Drink plenty of water as fat removal happens through your body’s natural waste disposal processes via the liver and lymphatic system. You may also experience headaches post treatment and need to keep hydrated.
- Using homecare products such as our Skulpt range will help maintain and support your in-clinic treatments.
- Follow up with your recommended treatment sessions for best results.
